This site has some great specials and really good conversion for signups via PTC ads

I personally use and recommend this site

Note: Buy lots and lots of credits/specials for continuous hits to your site as this is a big site and the credits will be used up quite quick.

This site is sad.

On front page, it says 268,000 members.

But if you go to http://www.paidtoclick.in/index.php?view=howmuch& and add up the members, its only about 20,000 members.   All fake members created by admin to pretend his site is big.
