I can't acces my cpanel anymore due the following problem

Brute Force Protection
This account is currently locked out because a brute force attempt was detected. Please wait a few minutes and try again. Attempting to login again will only increase this delay. If you frequently experience this problem, we recommend having your username changed to something less generic.

I waited 2 hours and tried to login again but my account is still locked.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

I think your ip was blocked on my server, send me a pm with your ip address so I can see whats up. I can get into the cpanel without a problem.

Brute Force Protection occurs when you enter incorrect cPanel login information.

If you are locked out of your cPanel, its best choice to contact your hosting provider and ask them to lift the protection off from your IP address and add it to the allow list, so you won't get blocked again.

And also when the maximum simultaneous transfer of your FTP software is too much high Cheesy If you use FTP, try to set it at a maximum of "2". Happened a lot of times to me too, don't worry Wink
