Check your cron jobs - cpanel>cronjobs
They must be set as these here.
http://auroraadmintraining.info/index.php/topic,46.msg57.html#msg57

Also check your cron password, it must match the one in the admin panel>site settings

/usr/bin/curl --silent http://www.domain.com/pemailcron.php?pwd=password 2 > /dev/null      5   0   */2   *   *
This will reset the ptre list every two days, its good at this time interval.

any reason why it good @this time interval?? why not once a day?

read their TOS and ask godaddy, are they allow cronjob, especially about PTC hosting. PTC hosting is resource hungry, so not all hosting accept this type of site. I suggest you to host your site to the PTC hosting speciality.

/usr/bin/curl http://www.trueblueptc.com/cron.php?pwd=THE_PASSWORD 2

use no space between cron.php? and pwd=THE_PASSWORD

/web/cgi-bin/php $HOME/html/trueblueptc/cron.php?pwd=xxxxxx 2
add the '?' between cron.php and pwd=xxxxxx
