Urgent help need members earnings are no longer showing in their members area

Members cant see their earnings in their earning area anymore

i can see them in admin but they cant see them in their members area..
also its saying when requesting payouts (you must be a premium member and
and i do not have that enabled ?
it was working ok..12 hours ago..now members cant request payouts

ive just got the (Standard Request System:
enabled )

What is the Displayed Withdraw Minimum: ? 
Limit Withdraws to Upgraded Members Only:

if you are using sdr 2 ( latest ) or sdr 3
in your admin panel click members , then members settings , then make sure the option saying :
Cash Balance Options:  is checked
if it's checked and the problem is still , please post your site link

I got the same problem , went i buy a template the account balance dont show and went i put the template to default then work and show  Help!

the person from whom you bought this template should fix it , it's a coding error in the template you bought
likely it's coded with esv or current modified aurora scripts and doesn't work fine with sdr 3 , so get the seller to fix it and for free don't pay him any money for that
