how do i let more thane 2 featured banners show on the right side ?

You can go to layout.php and look for feature banner code and pastes it two times where its already located.

Thanks, but after doing this the same F.banner shows twice. I want to show 2 deferent f.banner.

in featured banners settings in your admin panel change number of f banners to show to 2 instead 1 and this will fix the problem

I check in the directory
admin2/settings/
here is no fbanner.php

yep exactly , the f banners settings from within admin panel

in your site settings or ad settings , depends on the version you have , you  will find option called f banner settings , under it there will be , require admin approval , number of f banners to show , and other settings
in the box saying number of f banners choose 2 instead 1
