Face Problem when Try to Add a Advertise.

Any one can fix this problem?

Problem:
When any one try to add a Advertisement (All type of Adv).

System says that "You are not allowed to access this domain!"
I attached the screenshot.

- i noticed you are using mrv script , sometimes mrv gets strange problems with some browsers , mainly chrome , opera , safari so try using firefox and see if problem keeps happening or no

I checked with all most all browsers.
Chrome, Opera, Safari, Firefox, GlobalMojo, and IE 8
