Members & Payments?

I have been paying my members who request it without a problem. Even with my activity scripting!

I have come across a member who has been a very good member, no fraud e.t.c

Now they have requested Payout and i get this error



Hmmm. what do i do?

Hi,

Maybe there account is restricted in some way.

Send the member an email say you tried to pay them but they can not accept your payment.

Already done,
I am just thinking for me to pay this now i cant accept another paypal account, that would be against the rules. Can i honest heartedly send it via LR or Alertpay?

I should think i can.. ? O.o

I use to get that error as well.
I talked to pay pal about it and they said if the person receiving the money is on a restricted account they can only have so much sent to them and pay so much out if at all. They also said there is just so many was to get restricted that the person needs to call or email Pay Pal and get thing verified with them to get off that restriction.
