Click ads more than once a day? Plus ptra coding query

Im not sure, im still a rookie at coding.. but can do some neat things already..

Altho i was wondering is there a way to allow some ads to be clicked more than once a day?
and, which part of the script needs to be modified to reduce the 10 sec PTRA timer that cannot be changed in settings (The one where your reading the ad)
