What is the best way to add a small .gif graphic under each featured banner?

I would like to have a different graphic image on the left side of a 3 column layout.
And a different graphic under the featured banners on the right side if possible.

I show 2 featured banners on each side of my 3 column layout.

just a drop shadow .gif image directly under each featured banner

Or possibly to place the banners inside a custom framed box.

If anyone here wants to make a few bucks and create a copy and paste code for me I am willing to pay them.
